Shipping Costs & Delivery 

Orders over the specified freight free value shipped within Australia are free of charge excluding wholesale orders.  Any orders under this value attract a nominal fee which is calculated per individual order at checkout.

For international orders, shipping quotes are provided at the checkout, however, because weights may be inevitably wrong we reserve the right to email the customer to have an appropriate quote approved.  We will not debit your card until the updated postage cost is approved via email.
 

In stock items generally ship within 3-6 business day, most cases a lot sooner.

Should Express delivery be required contact us for an additional costs.

Express Post orders only shipped when payment is received, same day on orders placed prior to 2pm.

Stock Availability

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if stock is unavailable at the time of purchase. If this is the case, you will be notified by email and any money paid refunded.  We aim to provide accurate stock levels though as we update our stock every day items may run out depending on when the orders are placed.,

We reserve the right to cancel orders should incorrect information be displayed.
 

Returns

Leisure Learning Pty Ltd will refund any purchase within 14 days of arrival at destination, as long as the product has not been opened and is in its original packaging. Freight costs, to return the product by Courier, are covered by the Customer. Discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Leisure Learning Pty Ltd will not accept any exchange or refund on damaged or lost goods in transit.

Prices

Whilst we try to make sure our prices are accurate, in the event of a price being incorrect, we reserve the right to notify you of this and charge the correct price.
 

Delivery

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout, those orders within Australia over the FREE Freight value are sent free of charge (excluding wholesale orders, all wholesale orders attract a $15 charge regardless of size)
